Refunds will automatically take affect if you ordered tickets online or over the phone through Ticketmaster.  If you vistited a Ticketmaster outlet, please return to that point of purchase for your refund.  Any Ticketmaster questions can be answered by calling 800-653-8000.  If you ordered at the State Fair Box Office, please return them at point of purchase.  If you ordered directly through Family Events, you will also be automatically refunded via credit card (or check if you paid by check).  Any questions, please call Family Events at 317-236-6515
