Judging Requirements


If you want your car to be judged, you must follow these instructions.

Window card must be displayed on the outside of the car on the windshield. (under windshield wiper or on vehicles dashboard only if it is accessible )

From the list of car classes on the reverse side of this sheet, please pick the class you want your car to be judged in and write it on the left upper hand corner of the window card. Do not choose special award classes such as best engine, etc. Those are picked by the judges, only pick the car class your vehicle best fits into.

For all classes please have your hood open, trunk open, and windows down. For the convertible class, you MUST have your top up in order to be judged. Participants must be present to win an award.

Judging is done Saturday ONLY from 9am till 9pm. Please leave your vehicle in place between those hours in order to be judged. After 7pm, if your car has not had a sticker placed on the window card, please go to the main stage to sign in. Your class judge will be contacted and informed where your vehicle is located. This will take place from 7pm till 9pm Saturday night. After 9pm Saturday, we will assume all vehicles have been judged.

NO VEHICLES WILL BE JUDGED SUNDAY! NO EXCEPTIONS.

Must be present at the awards ceremony Sunday to win an award.

Special Awards: These will be selected by the group of professional judges. Special awards include: Best Engine, Best Interior, Best Paint and Best of Show. Other awards picked by local dignitaries include the Mayors Choice, and the Wally Troy award. Longest Distance is chosen at the awards ceremony.
