NATIONALITIES COUNCIL OF INDIANA (NCI)

The festival is the signature event of the Nationalities Council of Indiana, a not-for-profit volunteer organization of more than 50 ethnic and cultural groups dedicated to education, communication and cultural exchange. Since 1976, the council has introduced more than half a million central Indiana adults and children to the state’s culinary, historical, social, ethnic and linguistic diversity.
