Kickoff Location: Capital City Shopping Center (3095 S Dirksen Pkwy) - Kickoff 6pm
Whether you’ve registered your ride for the weekend festival or just plan to be a spectator, you can join the Route 66 City Nights Cruise on Friday night, September 26th. THE CRUISE IS FREE! Cars will begin lining up at 5:00 pm at the parking lot of the Capital City Shopping Center (3095 S Dirksen Pkwy). The cruise kicks off at 6:00 pm sharp, Friday, September 26th. The cruise route is south on Dirksen Pkwy, west on Stevenson Drive and north on Sixth St right on into the festival site.

TROY TREPANIER (RAD RIDES BY TROY) AUTOGRAPH SESSIONS
Troy Trepanier grew up in small town, Manteneo, IL and started his family business, Rad Rides by Troy, with his father in 1995. Troy inherited his grandfather’s passion for perfection. He added his own highly diverse appetite to build everything from a Ridler winner to a Bonneville racecar. This commitment to both craftsmanship and performance is now recognized by fans all over the world.
This unique combination has produced some amazing cars, such as Chicayne, the first twin turbocharged small block street machine. Chicayne went on to win Goodguys Street Machine of the Year award in 2002 and set of a whirlwind of twin turbo cars that have tried to follow in it’s footsteps. That year, in a feature article on the car, Popular Hot Rodding Magazine stated that Chicayne just might be the “finest hot rod of all time.”
INDIANAPOLIS MOTOR SPEEDWAY FAN TOUR 
One of the premiere attractions at the International Route 66 Mother Road Festival in 2008 will be the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Fan Tour interactive display and exhibits. This state-of-the-art presentation features a side-by-side racing simulator that allows participants to sit in genuine racing seats; a cutaway of a NASCAR race car which reveals the inner workings of the car to fans; the Allstate 400 at the Brickyard trophy; driver memorabilia, including helmets, fire safety suits, and autographed equipment; and more.
MOBILE CHASSIS DYNO ALLEY 
GOT TORQUE? Measure the torque and horsepower of your muscle machine in Mobile Chassis Dyno Alley at 4th Street & Monroe. The mobile chassis dyno will be open to all registered participants of the event during show hours Friday thru Sunday.
