E3 Spark Plugs and Lucas Oil Products Will Join Team Bigfoot to Celebrate 35th Anniversary of “The Original Monster Truck®”.

E3 Spark Plugs and Lucas Oil logos will be featured on special 35th Anniversary Bigfoot® monster truck that will compete at the Monster Nationals series.

(Indianapolis)      In 1974, Bob Chandler created a machine that started a worldwide craze.  It later became known as "Bigfoot".  It was a larger-than-life, car-crushing "monster truck".  It was the original monster truck.  Now, 35 years later, there is a "Team Bigfoot" featuring the trucks that followed the original-still owned and created by Chandler of Hazelwood, MO.  Team Bigfoot thrills crowds around the world with more than just crushing cars.  Now, the powerful machines do wheelies, jump through the sky over impossibly high obstacles and roar and spin around tight racing courses.

In celebration of 35 years of thrills, Chandler's team will unveil a special 35th anniversary Bigfoot at the E3 Spark Plugs Monster Nationals Presented by Lucas Oil series of arena shows across the Midwest this fall and winter.  In addition to the 35th anniversary logo, this machine will carry the logos of E3 Spark Plugs and Lucas Oil.  These two companies will be partnering with Team Bigfoot through the first quarter, 2010 on a vehicle recently named one of the "Top Five Marketing Vehicles of All Time" by the St. Louis-based experimental marketing firm Pro Motion.
